Last Thursday my IUD fell out, I had sex on Wednesday night then I had sex Saturday and Sunday with protection. I started to spot on Monday then stopped then again on Tuesday and felt like a period but then Wednesday morning I had nothing then just like brown discharge Thursday and Friday can i be pregnant?

I read your question and i understand your concern. You had coitus after seven days of the IUD replacement. So no worries. This transient imbalance of hormones is affecting the cycle, no worries, you are not pregnant. Get evaluated though for a pregnancy test as IUDs may cause ectopic pregnancies quite often.
