my heart felt like it was being squeezed

Last night I got home at like 12 after hanging out with my bf and when I came in I went straight to take a shower but the whole time before during and after I was showering I was having weird emotions...I was extremely angry like I wanted to punch a hole in the wall screaming and then crying, like bawling my eyes out, my heart felt like it was being squeezed and I was breathing fast the whole time and I couldn't control myself... I literally thought I was going crazy and I had no idea what to do since this had never happened before... This WAS a panic attack? I don't really know what brought it on... I have a lot of things I deal with daily that are pretty heavy and I know I should be in therapy but this has never happened Before..??

I read your question and I understand your concern.
This is atypical presentation of panic attack.
At the moment you need just reassurance.
Do regular exercise and yoga.
