Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Blood test result being positive is indicative of pregnancy but bleeding and spotting during early pregnancy can be suggestive of possible miscarriage especially if it is persistent, prolonged, heavy and associated with cramping. If a miscarriage has been suspected it is always advisable to get a USG scan done to rule it.

Pregnancy result being positive and HCG titres in the blood are present for sometime(even after a miscarriage) until the hormones stabilise. Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for pelvic examination and visit a Gynaecologist for detailed evaluation.

Take care!
