Extremely eHealthy
I guess if you had unprotected sex the week after your period ended, then you might be looking at implantation spotting. Usually this spotting is minor and often not noticed. Run a home pregnancy test when your period was originally expected, just to be sure.

Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i understand your concern. It is normal to have irregular periods for the first few years of menstruating — and sometimes even longer. But the only way to know if everything's OK is to visit your doctor or nurse practitioner . The length of a menstrual cycle can vary from girl to girl, but on average they're usually between 21 and 35 days.

Take care
