I've been cutting myself for years, but now I'm kinda scared... I noticed my cuts haven't hurt at all, so I cut deeper. A lot of blood came out, when I looked it seemed semi okay. Should I do something or am I okay?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
These cuts prone you to viral infections.
You would need psychiatric assesment for impulse control disorder. Start mind relaxation excercise like yoga and meditation. Avoid loneliness. Keep yourself busy in some useful activities.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
