pls am having muscle tremors all over my body, as well as joint and muscle pains and experiencing general body weakness. i dont know what is wrong with me. please can you help? my hands tremble when i stretch them out but when at rest, it doesnt. if i try and do some exercises, my muscles tremble a lot. if i do deeep knee bends, my body trembles and i experience pains in my joints. i cant carry objects for long due to severe joint and muscle pains. it gets realy uncomfortable can you assist me in giving a diagnosis?

The main symptoms you are having is generalized weakness alongwith muscle cramps and tremors...These symptoms could mean a host of things starting from anaemia,rheumatic diseases,endocrine abnormality like thyroid hypofunction or some connective tissue disorder or muscular issue...you need to meet a medicine person for diagnosis and i am sure it will be curable at your age..
