Im a singaporean male, aged 19.
Was pretty fit when young. Muscle degenertion started around the age of 12. Slowly degenerating, from being able to walk in the past now i simply cant even raise my legs.
From being able to raise my arm, i can barely lift it now.

However, now im showing small signs of improvement due to stuggling with excersises.
But now its stagnating a little.

Im pretty hopeful about this so can anyone offer some advice?
