muscle ache type of pain in abdomen

Lately I've been getting muscle ache type of pain across my upper abdomen. It hurts when I move around in bed or driving on a bumpy road. Does anyone had this and know what is the cause? I do have a hiatal hernia, and mesenteric panniculitis of the small intestine and colon. I haven't done any sit ups or any type of exercise to cause this.

Hi! Take some supplements for your torn muscles and to make your muscles, joints, and bones stronger. I would suggest deer velvet.
