Multivitamins required ?

I have started taking GNC " Maximum Greens complete (Vegetarian Tablets)" one daily. Im currently on diet and exercise plan to lose 40lbs.

I am confused If "maximum greens" alone is enough or Do i need another Multi's to take along with max green, like, "Be whole Multivitamins and minerals or UltraMega women". Im just afraid I wont over dose the daily intake of vitamins by taking both max green and multiVitamin supplements. Will it do any harm if i combine both the suppements, i.e, Max greens and Multis & minerals.

Also, Pls advice on supplements that si written-with IODINE and without Idoine- which one do you prefer I chose supplements with or without Idoine?
