I recently under went gastric sleeve procedure. Not able to take steroids my progression it's been quite evident. Now I find, via my medical team, that not only have I made a decision to irreversibly agree on a procedure that forever limit my digestion processes, then seven month prier to said procedure, I find that i have no use go my small intestines either.

I read your question and I understand your concern.
You need multidisciplinary approach. I would suggest you to consult your neurologist who will make liaison with general surgeon.
