Welcome to ehealthforum,
The relapse of symptoms depends on the kind of illness you are suffering from, few are known to relapse within 24-48 hours time, while few take a week or so for symptoms to relapse. Do not leave your regular medication without informing your treating doctor/healthcare provider. If you really need to be off your regular medications, discuss about alternate options or solution to relapse of symptoms. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/healthcare provider and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water and maintain healthy lifestyle.
Take care.
