I am a 38 year old male with many health problems. I have been to every specialist throughout my life, but the underlying disease has never been diagnosed. Below is a comprehensive list of my symptoms, conditions and medications.

Symptoms
Severe Fatigue
IBS
Foot Drop
Numbness and pain throughout my legs, feet and lower back
TMJ pain flare ups with the feeling of bugs in my ears
Several drug and food allergies
Acid Reflux
Restless Leg Syndrome
Scleritis in my right eye that has returned 3 times
High Blood Pressure
High Cholesterol
High Triglycerides
Severe Depression and Anxiety if meds wear off
I have NO rashes or mouth ulcers

Meds
Venlafaxine 100mg Twice daily
Simvastatin 40mg Once
Losartan 50mg Once
Omeprazole 20mf Twice
Multivitamin Once
Magnesium 250mg Twice
Vitamin D 2000iu Once
Ibuprofen (varies with pain)

I've been on Methotrexate/Folic Acid for a month but nothing has changed.

All tests come back negative. Spinal tap may have damaged lower back years ago.

I read your question and i understand your concern. With multiple systems involved and multiple drug regimens, each illness needs to be managed separately , also medications side effects to be addressed . Most of the issues needs diet lifestyle modifications like acid reflux, high cholesterols, weight gain, high blood pressure etc. Rest needs supportive care.
