Welcome to ehealthforum,
Delayed periods, increased & altered vaginal discharge could be suggestive of early symptoms of pregnancy. If you are sexually active and not on any form of regular birth control measures, then chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out. If you suspect to be pregnant, look out for development of any other new symptoms suggestive of pregnancy. If you are having associated symptoms like vaginal itching, burning, foul smell in discharge, then these could suggest possibility of infection. Wait & watch for your periods, if they do not start within 10 days of expected period dates (periods can also be delayed due to stress, lifestyle changes, hormonal problems, etc), consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for thorough evaluation and further management (based on examination & investigation results). Be in regular follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist.
Take care.
