About 4 years ago I ended my relationship with an abusive ex. A couple months ago he wanted to reconnect. Even though I know how this person has treated me and I agreed. We ended up seeing each other for only a month before we called it quits. Now I'm left feeling like I need too pick up the pieces all over again. This was months ago and I still feel upset about the situation.
I've deleted and blocked all contact from him, I go out and see friends. I try to date other people and I still feel like I haven't moved on from this situation.
I want nothing more then too not think about this person. When is the point I need therapy?
