i have this werd feelings in my head.It all started with pressure n my forehead.Then after sometime the pressure eased and i started getting this strange feelings.They move all over my head sometimes in my neck or sideways around my head.when iam sleeping i dont get them.its not a hedache but a feeling which makes me uncomfortable.I do home study so i dont get to go outside alot.Do you think its bcoz of social anxiety or some other disease.i have no other symptoms.Plz reply soon

Your symptoms were more likely due to electrolyte changes associated with dehydration due to your extreme workout session .

Try to keep your self hydrated during your workouts and use rehydration fluids like gatorade which can help prevent such episodes in the future.
