Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
PCOS usually responds to treatment with insulin modifiers as most common cause for PCOS is insulin resistance. Consider discussing with your treating doctor/gynecologist about getting further evaluation done to rule out any other causes for irregular/absent periods. If you have not been successful in your pregnancy plans, consider getting complete infertility work-up done for you and your partner to see if there are any other underlying causes for the infertility/inability to conceive. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination and investigations results) would be started to help you get pregnant. Consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician for further evaluation and assistance. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
