2 months I have been having pregnancy like symptoms?

Hello! The past two months I have been having pregnancy like symptoms. In January, I was with my fiance for three weeks in which we had sex quite often. He always pulls out, I trust him but still worry about pre-ej. and in the case if he didnt come out on time. The middle week I began my period, which was normal, so we did not have sex then until after I was almost finished. We then continued in our usual way. I left and about a week and a half later I began my 'period' exactly 28 days later which was odd bc I usually am late after being with him. It was lighter than usual but I do not remember much else about it. About a week or so later I began feeling faint often and not very hungry. About a week before my next period would begin my body became feeling very different. Exactly 28 days later (which was strange again bc usually it is late after being with him) I began again what i thought was my 'period'. i usually only have cramping the first night but this time i had cramping before i started my period. My breasts also became very itchy and tingly. I had some bleeding the first day and night then after that it was very light which is unusual. since then i have been experiencing many pregnancy-like symptoms, such as nausea, a white spot on my areola, vaginal secretion, headaches, tiredness, and a very difficult time sleeping and falling to sleep. I often wake up in the middle of the night wide awake, but then am so tired during the days and exhausted (this has been happening for about a month now). I am also a bit more moody. I should be beginning my period any day now but am unsure if I could be pregnant, as I see so much different information online. Can anyone help please?? thank you!!

Welcome to e health forum.

In case, you were not using a regular contraceptive method, then the symptoms you have mentioned could be due to possible pregnancy.

A changed pattern of bleeding, with reduced no of days or volume of bleeding is not uncommon in early pregnancy.

In your case, you should go ahead and do a urine pregnancy test, which will confirm your status.

In case, you have negative pregnancy test, you should consult your doctor for a examination and proper advice.

I hope this helps.
