My daughter is 10 years old she has no spleen was diagnoise with mono a month ago she is having shortness of breathe and she feels like there is something in her throat and she want eat much I just like to know what can it possible be

Septicaemia must be ruled out and looked for as asplenic individual is at a risk of severe infections with encapsulated organisms like pneumococcal and meningococcal if not properly vaccinated. Please take her to an ER near you immediately to assess her for inpatient management.
