mom new to vegetarian diet

My 13 year old son has recently decided to become a vegetarian. My husband and I are not vegetarians. I want to support my son in his decision but I do want to ensure that he is receiving adequate amounts of protein and iron because he is still growing. He has began to lose a little weight.

A lot of fruits and vegetables. Soy products. Seeds of CIA. Beans. Vitamins. Here's his diet. He's done.
