It is difficult to comment on the diagnosis and treatment for the symptoms you describe. You will need to get the skin lesions examined by your doctor or gynecologist to see what could be the exact cause, and whether they are benign or infective lesions. Treatment would be given based on the cause as suggested by examination and investigation results.
