Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Birth control pills are associated with side effects as irregular bleeding, spotting and sometimes altogether absent periods. If you have been taking the pills regularly without missing them then chances of pregnancy are rare.Sometimes woman do not have period at all.
If the periods do not start even after 2 weeks then consider visiting your Healthcare Provider for evaluation.

Take Care!
