Welcome to ehealthforum

Absent periods could suggest pregnancy, underlying hormonal imbalances, thyroid hormone abnormalities, endometritis, uterine polyps, ovarian cysts etc. The exact cause can only be made out after careful evaluation. It is unusual to suddenly miss period after a long duration. Some woman have reported pregnancy after ligation.
Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation, based on the diagnosis appropriate treatment would be started.
Take care!
