I had 3 tablets of mifepristone on Friday and I took 4 tablets of misoprostol200mg on Friday at 21:20 under my tongue and I did bleed for about 2 hours and passed 3 huge clots but with very light abdominal cramps. I took another 2 tabs of Misoprostol after 4 hours that is at 2:20 am and the bleeding is pretty much the same. Is everything okay? Is the abortion successful?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
The surety of abortion depends on various factors. If you do not have persistent bleeding or pain even after a week, the probability is it is complete. But to get confirmed, you need to do a scan of uterus finally.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counseling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
