miscarriage?

recently i woke to find i was bleeding really heavy, i hadn't had a period for a while before, but this was different. I was screaming in pain. My insides felt like they were being ripped out. My back felt like it had been kicked with force, i was in agony. My shoulders hurt and it was nothing like i had ever felt before. I went to the toilet and again there was loads of blood. I wiped and on the tissue was what looked like skin, but it was a sort of brown colour. There was a black thing which through my tears looked like a ball also on the tissue. I spoke to family and they said they think it might have been a miscarriage, can anyone help?
