Hi, Welcome to the forum and I am really glad to help you out.
I can understand the pain and agony which youâre going through. The possibility of a miscarriage is high in view of the cramps and bleeding which you had and non-visualization of the gestation sac.
Thereâs also a possibility that you had an ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy in the fallopian tubes) which might have caused the less than expected rise in the HCG and it also increases the chances of an early abortion.
You should avoid pregnancy till at least 2 normal menstrual periods.
Please do consult a gynecologist for the same. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor.
I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
