5 minth tiffa scan says that posterior placenta extended

Hi .i am pregnant for the first my 5 minth tiffa scan says that posterior placenta extended with grade 1 maturity ....so plz explain me these terms in a layman language so that i may be abel to know that is my placenta which was lying posterior is moving up or tge risk and the complication still exists...plz reply asap..waiting for tge reply thank you.

Hello,
This is a almost normal finding. Placenta is placed in the posterior segment of the uterus and it's maturity is also normal corresponding to your fetal age.There is at present no obvious problem that could occur from this.So, just relax.
