For the past 3 or so days I have had a terrible headache and felt so tired that it makes no sense. I've been skipping class in order to sleep more (nearly 2x as much as I normally sleep) but it's not helping. Typically when I get headaches, drinking water makes it go away but I've been drinking lots of water and taking tylenol and it isn't helping. I think it might be caffeine withdrawal since it started right after I switched from diet pepsi to sprite zero. I was drinking about 750mL of diet pepsi a day, which is similar to a cup of coffee worth of caffeine. What should I do?

Age: 18
Gender: female
Health: overweight, but typically eats well and gets in some exercise, has PCOS
Other facts: period started after about a day and a half of this, could it be related?

Thanks everyone Smile
