Middle age should receive vaccine? Which one?

32 year old male travels to community living areas(hostels) within the United States(southern california) Should he receive a vaccine for Meningitis and how do you know which ones to get to have your peace of mind and coverage complete.

I read your question and i understand your concern.
He should get booster of meningococcal vaccine if he had been vaccinated before 16th birthday otherwise full schedule should be followed.
If he has risk factors for sero group B then he should also be vaccinated against it with sero group B meningococcal vaccine as meningococcal vaccine cannot give protection against sero group B.
