Hello,

I am 16 year old male. I don't know were to post this but I'll post this here. I have never been giving medication before and never been diagnosed with any sort of mental health issues but I am afraid that I do have something wrong. I was hoping I could get an suggestions if I do have anything wrong with me. Sometimes I feel very empty and very sad and I am not able to do much but sleep that doesn't bother me to much but at other times I get the urge to murder my whole family, it's like a feeling of intense rage coming over me and I have to really force myself not to do anything. This happens frequently. The thing is if I wasn't afraid of going to jail I most likely would have done this though I don't know why. I just get extreme urges to kill others. Maybe I am a weird person but not being able to control these emotions doesn't seem normal. I hope I am not wasting any others time and someone can help me identify if I have any problems!

Thanks,

SixOneSix.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
These symptoms are consistent with schizoaffective disorder. I would suggest you psychiatric evaluation.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
