I have had three periods on 5 weeks lasting 5-7 days. Extremely heavy flow soaking 1-2 sanitary pads in an hour for first three days. The pain is so excruciating in combination with flow makes it difficult to work or do anything. Suggestions I thought it was the start of menopause.

I read your question and I understand your concern.
These irregular and heavy periods are consistent with perimenopause. You can take tibolone and mefenemic acid for symptomatic relief.
