Mens Conditions Question

User Profile
For the last few months i have had redness under my penis shaft, it has persistently gotten worse and is now raised and firm to the touch. It starts about half way down my penis and goes onto my scrotum about half an inch. it is also about a half inch wide. When it started i though it was because of rough masturbation and i put some hydrocortisone cream on it. I continued masturbating and it continued to get worse even when i stopped masturbating for a week. The inflamed area is shiny and wrinkled and there are no blisters or pimples it also does not itch, and it only bothers me after masturbation. I have tried 5 different lotions and some different fungal creams.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Its due to rubbing. Continue hydrocortisone cream and keep an eye on it.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
