Mens Conditions Question

User Profile
I've had spots on my penis for as long as I can remember(7+) years now and since i've been 13 so unlikely to be anything sexually transmitted. I have fordyce spots though this one looks a little different so curious as to what it is and if it is treatable. its not painful is fleshy and looks like it has something in it though not squeezeable. Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
These are pearly penile papules. These are benign skin lesions and don't require treatment. Just keep an eye on their growth and texture.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
