Mens Conditions Question

I have been overweight for a few years reaching up to around 210 pounds. I know it isn't extremely overweight, but recently I've cut all the way down to 185 from there, so I have lost 35 pounds. I just wanted to share my progress with everyone who would read this. Now the challenge is keeping going after all the hard work, and not letting the weight come back.
