Mens Conditions Question

User Profile
I am 23 years old and noticed around 8-9 really small red bumps around my genital area. Each bump is almost perfectly round and doesn't itch/hurt. they don't resemble the typical appearance of herpes. I have been with the same girl for a few months now and she hadn't been with anyone besides me. I will also mention we were grinding for some time and I was wearing a metal belt around the area affected by these bumps although they don't look like an ingrown hair. I have never had these bumps before and started to get pretty worried. It has been two days since i noticed them and was trimming my pubes when i noticed them and not sure if that could have caused it although i don't think so because i don't believe i affected all of the area where the bumps remain. I also have no other symptoms ie. swollen lymph nodes, fever/nausea/sickness feeling.
Hopefully someone has an idea what this could be i\'m not sure hot to but I could also post a picture if it helps. thanks in advance

I read your question and i understand your concern.
These bumps has four possibilities. These could be genital warts,Sebaceous cysts, molluscum contagiousum or skin tags.I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist to evaluate it as without examination diagnosis is tough.
