Hi! I am a guys in my 20s, but lately i have noticed quite red toes, more red on the left toes then the other. I am very inactiv, and most of my days are in front of a computer.

Anyways, the red toes are there when i am not moving my feets, and as soon as i try to massage the foot, it gets less red, or if i put the feet high up.

What do u guys think it could be? Could it be poor circulation due to very inactiv, should i try training and see if it gets better?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. This redness of the toe need to be examined for pain, color change, swelling, inflammation and correlated for any other cause. Sedentary lifestyle needs to be improved.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
