Stop Smoking Answer A52021
Welcome to e health forum.

Smoking does not result in stunting of growth or reduction of your height. But it is definitely associated with many other diseases of the heart, lungs, blood vessels and also causes cancer.

You are too young to be smoking at your age.

Hence it would be recommended that you stop smoking all together.

Adopt other measures like sporting activities, meditation, listening to music, and other lifestyle measures to manage your stress instead of smoking.

I hope this helps.
