medical translation from spanish to english

I am having rhinoplasty in Spain in about 2 months I have been asked by the doctor to get some pre-ops checks, specifically blood exams but he has provided them in Spanish.
when I translate them into a translator it comes out inaccurate as it does not take into medical terms.
Can someone please help translate them accurately so I know which specific blood exams I need to ask to have, please.
