Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out.

Your concern is regarding the use of medical marijuana when you have a broken blood vessel ( subconjunctival hemorrhage).

Marijuana is a vasodilator and it dilates the blood vessels. Hence if you have any subconjunctival hemorrhage then it may cause further dilataion of the blood vessels and hence delayed healing. So you should not use medical marijuana till there is complete healing.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
