Male with morning sickness

User Profile
Hi, I am a 23 year old male, in decent shape. 5'11" 185 lbs.
Everyday for a little over two years now I have woken up with morning sickness. It starts with nausea then shortly after i am vomiting. I also fluctuate between minor constipation to severe diarrhea. What i mean by minor is I will get the feeling to go but for 1 day i can not go but as soon as the next morning comes the severe diarrhea hits and I am having to run to the bathroom 20 times plus. I have been to doctors before and I have been told IBD, stomach ulcer, and high stomach acid levels but all the pills they throw at me do not work on anything but heart burn. I do have clinical depression and anxiety and am prescribed zoloft and lamictal. I also take previcid for reflux and heart burn. I usually keep stomach pain in my upper abdomen or right below my belly button slightly to the left.
Please, any help would be appreciated.
Thank you for your time

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
These symptoms are consistent with dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome. I would suggest you to start proton pump inhibitors, rifaximin and continue with zoloft.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
