Lumps in mouth and swollen saliva gland

about a month ago I was struggling to breath and I had tingles in my jaw and arms- like tonsillitis. The doctors said nothing seemed concerning and the symptoms have stopped.
But, a few days later I found my mouth to be very dry which makes it’s difficult to swallow at times and a white tongue, which reoccurs after brushing. I have a smooth white patch on the left of my tongue surrounded by more tiny ones, and also on the side of my left cheek. Also, my left sublingual gland is swollen.
