i have a lump under my chin that came up with redness. I was given some steroid cream and the redness went away but the lump never did. I took photos to show and MD in case I was referred to a specialist but never was. What could it be? Should I have concern?

Thank you for asking

I read your question and I understand your concern. redness was relieved by steroids means it was a dermatological illness likely eczema. The lump is likely a lymph node and will self resolve. Wait and see is the best policy here.

I hope it helps. Consult your doctor as our advice is just for education purposes only.
