Ok so i just recently noticed this.....my left testicle has a small pea sized lump on it and i immediately knew that that was probably the reason why my left testicle hurt sometimes.... plus my left test is smaller than my right...can someone tell me what the heck is going on?!

dont worry. I had something like this before. I was freaking out of testicular cancer. It is actually the most rare of all cancers, and the most curable. It is more than likely nothing, but don't mess around. Go see a doctor, tell her you found a bump. She will feel it, and create a diagnosis right there. She will tell you if she thinks it is something or nothing. Then you will get an ultrasound to confirm. If you just have a cyst, it is no trouble, it goes away on its own. Thats what I had. But seriously, go see a doctor to make sure.
