lump in right nipple

im in 8th grade and ive been workin out alot more often but ive also been eaten lot more all of asudden i got this lump in my nipple and its botherin me cuz im a dood and i shouldnt have it and when my buds punch me there or hit me it hurts and ive had it for about two months what do i do?

If it is still there, I would ask that you ask your parent(s) to take you to the doctor to get it evaluated.
