Lump in abdomen - Am I Pregnant ?

Back in July, I had a lot of early pregnancy symptoms, and I was worried that I might be pregnant. But then I got my period and I've been on BC since early August. However, about a month ago, I was laying on my back with my hand on my stomach and I noticed part of my lower abdomen felt hard. I started feeling around, and there was a 4-inch long lump on my lower right side. Since then, it's grown to be about 8 inches, and it's gotten thicker. If I am actually pregnant, I would be 23 weeks. I am a very slim woman and my stomach doesn't really stick out that much more, and I don't feel movement except for what I assume are gas bubbles. I've taken multiple pregnancy tests and none of them were positive, and I can't find any answers on the internet as to what this lump in my lower abdomen could be. Does this sound like a baby to you or am I imagining things?

You should be seeing a doctor. We cannot diagnose lumps over the internet.

Negative pregnancy tests, regular menstruation, not showing (after 24 weeks) - I do not think you are pregnant.

Best of luck!
