Low Intensive Laser Therapy and Acupuncture for low back pain

Hi, I have had low back pain for appro 4 years now, on and off. MRI's, CT's, etc show minor disc, facet degeneration and minor disc bulge. I have tried chiro, massage, physio, pilates, etc., all which have caused no long-term (some not even short term) relief. I have heard about low intensite laser therapy for low back pain, as well as acupuncture. What do you think of these 2 options? Thanks.

I would think they are only likely to result in symtomatic relief at best. But there is no harm in giving them a go.
