my fiance is 37 weeks and has low fluid and the baby has only moved a couple times since 6 this morning ... she has walked around and had sugary drinks and nothing has worked ... any suggestions???

Depends how low the fluid actually is. If the doctor truly was worried about low fluid they certainly would have done something about it.
Also it isn't uncommon for the baby to start to "slow down" once it's getting to term. Especially with lower fluid amounts.
Sometimes lying down will allow baby to move more (no effects of gravity). As long as she keeps feeling little movements here and there and feels good herself i wouldn't worry. If the baby stops moving completely go to the doc right away.
