Low dose oral contraceptive pill, Is it less effective

Hi, I just want to ask if the low dose oral contraceptive pill. Is it less effective because it is low dose? I am worried that it is less effective, I had sex with my bf 2 days ago he always pull out becasue I said so. Yes, i'm on a pill but still I dont wan him to come inside. Is pulling out helpful? Hoping for your answer. Thank you!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
You are monogamous.But are you sure your boyfriend is so? If not confirmed,I suggest you for an STD screening.It can be a herpes infection associated with urinary tract infection.So,you need a consultation and meet your doctor for an opinion regarding this.
