Low carb diet helpful for teeth ?

Hi, so i had some problems with my teeth in the past and i am now on a very low carb diet(keto) were i get most of my carbs from vegtables etc.. im doing this for weight loss and i wondered would this be good for my teeth too, or does it have nothingto do with it.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Yes , vegetables are good and any diet low in carbs have low chances of adding to or worsening the cavities. However you will have to continue good oral habits and hygiene measures.
