I`m 35 year old male. 180 cm high, 87 kg. Since 2015 i experienced low blood pressure after lunch if i eat meat. Meat like chicken, pork, beef, even fish. So i think it is somethink assosiated with protein syntesis. After meal with meat i feel very bad, i mean, my back side of the head is with pain like someone hitted me with wood. Espessially right side of the back side. After i changed my diet now i have no problem with the pressure. But i dont eat meat. No problems with diary foods.
How to cure that problem with meat?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Meat does not cause hypotension. Headache may be migraine and may have some associations with food. It needs evaluation and complete clinical correlation to find out the cause and then manage it accordingly.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
