Digestive and Bowel Disorders Answer A54851
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Its likely to be GERD and constipation. PPIs like pantoprazole with gastro kinetic agents such as metoclopramide can be advised. High fiber diet , 6 to 8 glasses (250 ml) of water should be used. Sodium picosulfate or cremaffin with ispaghula husk would be the way to go if the constipation persists.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
